How It Works
This is 1:1 coaching, customized entirely to your goals for the next 6 months.
What to Expect:
Initial Assessment - We use targeted assessments to build awareness of your strengths, blind spots, and the behaviours or perspectives getting in your way.
Goal Setting - Together, we identify clear, actionable objectives tied to how you want to lead differently.
Monthly Coaching Sessions - Regular video calls to discuss progress, work through challenges, and adjust your approach as needed.
Habit-Building Support - Between sessions, you'll commit to specific practices supported by Habit Builder technology—reminders, prompts, and digital coaching that keep you on track.
Progress Tracking - Access data and feedback on your development so you can see what's actually changing.
