How We Work

We work with mission-driven organizations that have a strategy but can't get it off the page. If that's you, you're in the right place.

Book a Strategy Call

Where Do You Start?

Most organizations don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem. The plan exists. The priorities are known. But somewhere between the boardroom and the day-to-day, it stalls — because no process was built to move it, and no one changed how people actually work. That's where we come in.

We work specifically with Executive Directors and CEOs of nonprofits, social services, and faith-based organizations — leaders who are accountable to boards and funders for results they need to demonstrate.

  • Your strategy exists but isn’t moving

Before anything can change, you need an honest picture of where you are. Most organizations that come to us have existing plans, frameworks, or initiatives that haven't gained traction. Define is about surfacing why.

We assess what's already in place, identify what's blocking execution, and evaluate which objectives are worth pursuing first. You leave this phase with a clear picture of the gap between your current state and where you need to be — and a prioritized path forward.

What this includes: — Strategy assessment and discovery — Evaluation of existing plans and unexecuted objectives — Gap analysis and priority-setting — Session facilitation with your leadership team — Recommendations and implementation roadmap

Right for you if: Your organization has paid for strategy work that never got implemented. You've been through planning cycles but can't get alignment. You know something is blocking progress but can't name it clearly.

  • You have direction but no process to execute it

Having clarity isn't enough. Organizations stall because the systems, structures, and behaviours needed to execute don't exist yet. Manage is where we build them.

This phase is about practical implementation infrastructure — priority frameworks, change management design, and the systematic processes your team needs to move from plan to action. We build with you, not for you, so your team owns what gets created.

What this includes: — Change management design and implementation planning — Priority frameworks and decision-making structures — Systematic processes for executing strategic objectives — Risk and readiness assessment — Ongoing coaching and implementation support

Right for you if: You have direction but no mechanism to execute it. Your team keeps circling the same conversations without moving forward. You need structure, not more ideas.

  • Your team has the knowledge but not the habits

This is where the plan becomes practice. Real change isn't a workshop or a new framework — it's a shift in how people behave day to day. Transform is a structured behavioural change program built around your organization's specific priorities.

Ninety percent of this phase is application and practice. Ten percent is content. That ratio is deliberate — because what people do consistently is what changes an organization, not what they heard in a session.

We run structured sprint cycles, typically 6–8 weeks, so momentum is visible early. Each cycle includes facilitated sessions, between-session practice with digital coaching support, and behavioural measurement through Actionable — so you can see change happening, not just hope it is.

What this includes: — Behavioural change program design and facilitation — Leadership competency development — Sprint cycles with between-session practice and habit-building support — AI Capability Sprint — AI Agent Scoping — Behavioural data and impact reporting through Actionable.co

Right for you if: You've tried training programs that didn't stick. Your team has the knowledge but not the habits. You want to see measurable evidence that change is actually happening.

  • For senior leaders who need focused support alongside or independent of an organizational engagement. This is not a program — it's a working partnership built around your specific challenges, decisions, and development as a leader.

Leona is a certified Leadership Coach (LCI) with a practice grounded in behavioural science. Coaching engagements are tailored to the individual and typically run in 3–6 month commitments.

What Makes This Different

Empower, Don’t Rescue

We build your organization's capacity to own the process — not a dependency on us. When the engagement ends, your team knows how to run it. That's the point.

Your Context

No off-the-shelf programs. Every engagement starts with your strategic priorities, your team dynamics, and your real constraints. The work is designed for your organization, not adapted from a generic model.

Speed to Impact

Real behavioural change requires sustained practice — programs typically run 12 months or longer. But you won't be waiting until month 12 to know if it's working. We structure every engagement in sprint cycles so momentum is visible from the start.

Built in the Field

Built from front-line experience in high-stakes, high-complexity environments — sectors where change couldn't be slow or theoretical. That shapes how we work: urgency, precision, and no tolerance for work that doesn't land in the real world.
